The car suspension seems to be just a component connecting the body and wheels, but in fact it is the core of ensuring driving safety and driving experience. Long-term neglect of suspension conditions can also accelerate wear on components such as tires and bearings, increasing maintenance costs. Particularly for commercial vehicles and modified cars, the stability of the suspension is critical to the safety of multiple individuals and the overall performance of the vehicle.

Jevol first launched the Ultra-thin Suspension Tester in 2013, which requires no foundation, is easy to install and easy to move, and uses the EUSAMA resonance method to test various performance parameters of automotive suspensions. It can be applied to a variety of usage scenarios, including garages, automobile inspection stations (PTI centers), mobile testing services, automobile teaching institutions, etc., such as: suspension performance testing before the delivery of new cars in automobile 4S stores to show customers vehicle quality and enhance trust; Another example is the real-time suspension testing and tuning of racing cars or modified cars in racing circuits and tuning workshops.

The old Jevol Ultra-thin Suspension Tester can only test vehicles with a chassis height greater than 110mm. In 2025, Jevol launched a newer and thinner model, which reduces this limit by 20mm to 90mm. Currently, it can test most vehicles except supercars. In addition, we have upgraded the motor power on both sides from 1.5kW to 3.0kW, so it can fully handle heavy-duty large SUVs.
